The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) is conducting research for the Radiation Protection Services (RPS). One of our goals is to improve the website experience for users. We want to invite you to share your thoughts and views around RPS, this is so we can feed this into decisions and make sure we're doing the right thing for everybody.
At the end of this survey, you'll have the option to register your interest to take part in a virtual interview. You can opt in at the end of this form. If you are selected to take part in an interview, you will receive a £40 online voucher as a thank you for participating. Interviews will be taking place between now and November 2026.
Do I have to take part?
Your participation in this survey and virtual interview is voluntary. You can change your mind at any time and withdraw from the research by emailing Kayleigh.Traynor@ukhsa.gov.uk
What happens to my data?
Your participation is confidential. Any data that would identify you will only be visible to the immediate team of user researchers conducting the service evaluation. we will fully anonymise the data and results we gather from this service evaluation before we share it with the wider project team. When we share results of the service evaluation, for example in presentations, reports and other materials, these will not contain personal or identifying data.
