This East Lancashire Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) survey is to seek feedback about your experience of the new Maternity Triage service at Burnley Hospital (Lancashire Women's and Newborn Centre).
We'd like to know about your experiences so that we can support the service with information about what is going well and what could be improved, however we realise that recollecting an experience that was upsetting or traumatic may be difficult for you. Please consider your well being before progressing. Please speak to your midwife or health visitor if you feel you need help to recover from trauma during pregnancy, birth or postnatal periods.
