1. ELF EXPRESS CHRISTMAS APPEAL - NOMINATION FORM

Welcome to the Wellbeing in Action Elf Express nomination page.  This year has been tough for many people but, for some, even more so.  We are determined to not finish 2020 without leaving some amazing kindness, new friendships and christmas cheer behind us!

If you, or someone you know, could really do with a little luck and happiness this Christmas, simply nominate here and let our Elves do the rest.  Whether it is a family in financial need or starting a new life away from domestic violence - or someone struggling with illness or mental poor health - perhaps somebody who has lost a close family member, feels lonely or isolated, or just experienced really bad luck this year - we want to brighten their world a little, and with your help we can. 

Nominations can also include people have gone over and above to make other people's lives better - someone in your community who deserves a little treat to value all that they do.

All you have to do is complete this simple nomination form - leave a personal or anonymous message if you like.  Our team will match donated gifts and treats to the nominees and our Elf Express volunteers will get wrapping and deliver an amazing surprise to your nominated person in the Christmas week.
