1. Department for Transport Small Business Supplier & Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Event 30th September 2026

The Department for Transport (DfT) Group and other key stakeholders are hosting an in-person Small Business Supplier & Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Supplier Event at Hilton Bournemouth (Terrace Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, United Kingdom, BH2 5EL) 30th September 2026 – 10am to 3pm, to provide small businesses and VCSEs with the opportunity to network with senior representatives from across the Department. This is the 32nd event, with further Regional Events to be held throughout the UK over this and the next financial year.

Networking with the Department for Transport, HS2 Ltd, Network Rail, National Highways and many more to enhance the transparency of pipeline information and innovation opportunities.
Key suppliers sharing best practice on how to become a sub-contractor in the supply chain.
Networking with Crown Commercial Service will provide details on the SME & VCSE friendly frameworks available and how to enrol.
