This summer Healthwatch Lambeth want to hear from young people aged 16-25 about their experience of health and social care, what they think of when they hear health and wellbeing and what they would like to see more of from their local services.
We want to hear what matters to you, what you are passionate about, what support you need, and how services can work better for you.
The survey is anonymous and should take 10 minutes to complete. Your answers will help us learn about what improvements are needed for the future of neighbourhood health and care in our borough.
