For 13 years, Healthwatch Lambeth has built a trusted role in Lambeth by listening to residents, gathering local insight, sharing people’s experiences and helping to influence health and care decision-making and providing independent information to health and care services.
With changes planned for local Healthwatch organisations by the government, we are now thinking about the future of our organisation, including what we should be called. Although our name may change, our commitment to listening to local communities, sharing their experiences and influencing better health and care will remain at the heart of our work.
Our new name will need to reflect who we are, the work we do and the communities we serve. We want a name that is easy to understand, inclusive and memorable.
