Purpose of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Survey

This short survey includes 12 Tenant Satisfaction Measures that the Regulator for Social Housing is requiring all registered social landlords to ask of their tenants.   The responses to this survey will be used to calculate PRHA’s annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures, which we will then publish to our website.   

The survey should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete.
