How scoring works

Each question has three options:

Option A = 1 point
Option B = 3 points
Option C = 5 points

Maximum score: 65

You don’t need to get everything “right”.
Intent matters more than perfection.

A quick glossary:

B Impact Assessment (BIA)
The online assessment used to measure whether an organisation meets B Corp standards.

JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion)
The framework used by B Corp to assess fairness, representation, belonging and systemic accountability.

Justice
Fair systems, decision-making and governance that prevent harm and reduce inequality.

Equity
Making sure people have fair access to opportunities and support, recognising that different people need different things.

Diversity
The mix of people within an organisation, including different backgrounds, identities and experiences.

Inclusion
How safe, valued and supported people feel once they are part of the organisation.

Self-ID (Self-Identification)
Voluntary and anonymous data shared by employees about their identity, used to understand representation and outcomes.

Belonging
The feeling of being accepted, respected and able to be yourself at work.
