💚 Welcome Back – and Welcome Along!
If you attended our previous Resident Conferences in Harrow and Ealing, we would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to join us at one or both events. Your involvement and feedback help shape the services we provide, and we would love to welcome you back again this year.
If you have not attended before, we would be delighted to welcome you for the first time and hear your views.
This year's conference is being held in Hillingdon because it is the borough where Karibu has the highest number of homes. By hosting the event here, we hope to make it easier for many of our residents to attend while continuing our commitment to engaging with our Karibu community across all our neighbourhoods.
🚆 Getting There
The venue is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest London Underground station is Ickenham Station (Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines), which is within walking distance of the venue. Local bus services also operate in the area.
If you are travelling by car, parking is available nearby. Karibu will reimburse reasonable parking costs for residents attending the conference.
If you are a disabled resident and require transport assistance via Uber or taxi, please keep your receipt and email it to housing@karibu.org.uk after the conference. We will arrange reimbursement by bank transfer once the receipt has been verified.

Due to insurance requirements, we can only accommodate 150 residents.
Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis — so don’t wait! Secure your place early to avoid missing out.
Organised by our dedicated Residents Planning Committee, the conference will be a great opportunity to meet fellow residents, connect with Karibu staff, particularly from our Housing, Repairs and Income teams, speak with attending Board Members and contractors, hear important updates, share your views, and enjoy a fun and informative day together. We would be delighted to welcome you.
