Research shows there are five simple things we can all do to help us feel good and function well. You’ll see them listed below:

We’d love to hear your ideas about what helps you to feel good and function well. Your feedback will be used to shape future activities and support in local community centres. The survey should only take about 5-10 minutes, and everything you share is anonymous. The findings will be used by Healthwatch Trafford and partner organisations such as Trafford Council and Age UK to help shape services in your area.
