Healthwatch Swindon is seeking the views of neurodivergent people, their families, carers, supporters, and professionals.
We want to understand people's experiences of accessing mental health support, including whether mental health concerns have ever been overlooked, dismissed, or attributed solely to their neurodivergence.
Your responses will help inform recommendations to improve services and develop a guide on rights, self-advocacy, and escalation routes. Responses can be anonymous.
As a thank you for completing this survey, all participants will have the option to be entered into a prize draw. One respondent will be selected at random to win a £25 gift voucher of their choice.
Any personal information provided as part of this survey will be treated in the strictest confidence. Your details will be used solely for the purposes of this project, including administration of the prize draw where applicable, and will be stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation. Your information will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted when it is no longer required for the project.
