When completing this form, please indicate as many options across one or more of the groups that you may be able to accommodate as this will give the Music Live Project Team the greatest flexibility to schedule the concerts and workshops.
We anticipate, as always, a high interest in these subsidised opportunities, and it is likely in some cases, we will be oversubscribed.
The Music Live Project Team will review all requests where oversubscribed and take into account the most suitable schedule however it may not be possible to offer opportunities for all applicants. If alternative dates are still available at this time these may be offered instead.
