Who can apply?
These awards are open to individuals and teams involved in simulation-based education across the country. You can submit on behalf of yourself, your team, or your department. If you are submitting on behalf of someone else please ensure you have their permission to share their details.
What do I need to submit? A 200 word summary of your project, initiative, or programme.
Please include:
- Title of your project
- What was the challenge or gap? (Context)
- What did you do? (Action or innovation)
- What was the impact? (Outcomes, feedback, improvements)
- What’s next? (Plans for sustainability or scaling
Deadline for submissions:
All entries must be submitted by midnight 29th October 2026.
Judging criteria: Submissions will be assessed on the following:
- Relevance and alignment with simulation-based education principles
- Innovation and creativity of the project or approach
- Impact on learners, teams, patient safety, or organisational culture
- Sustainability and scalability of the initiative
Winners announced:
Winners will be notified by 6th of November and invited to celebrate at the Simulation Networking Event on 11th of December 2026 in Dublin.
