Healthwatch Surrey champions the voice of local people to shape, improve and get the best from NHS, health and social care services. We are independent and have statutory powers to make sure decision makers listen to the experiences of local people.

We would love to hear your feedback about oral care (teeth and mouth care) in your care home or the home of a friend or family member.

Responses to this survey are anonymous. The closing date for the survey is 15 November 2026.

There are 41 questions (plus 12 optional demographic questions), and it will take about 15 minutes to complete.
