Newyddion da! Mae Pengwern Cymunedol Cyf wedi sicrhau grant gan Cronfa Treftadaeth Bensaernïol Cymru i helpu gynllunio dyfodol Y Pengwern. Bydd y gwaith yn cynnwys astudiaethau ar yr adeilad, ymgysylltu gyda’r gymuned, gwaith pensaernïol i archwilio opsiynau a datblygu syniadau cychwynnol, creu astudiaeth dichonoldeb.

Ers 2011 mae Y Pengwern wedi bod o dan berchnogaeth gymunedol ac yn rhan bwysig o fywyd Llan Ffestiniog. Mae’r adeilad yn cynnwys tafarn, bwyty, ystafelloedd gwely, mannau cyfarfod a gardd, ond mae rhai rhannau angen gwaith adfer ac mae cyfleoedd i wneud gwell defnydd o’r adeilad yn y dyfodol.

Er mwyn diogelu dyfodol Y Pengwern a sicrhau buddsoddiad ar gyfer y blynyddoedd i ddod, mae’n hanfodol ein bod yn deall barn, syniadau a blaenoriaethau’r gymuned. Bydd eich adborth yn helpu i adnabod blaenoriaethau ac opsiynau dylunio, gyda chyfle pellach i’r gymuned roi sylwadau wrth i’r cynlluniau ddatblygu.

Dylai’r Holiadur gymryd 5-10 munud yn unig i’w gwblhau. Mae pob ymateb yn gyfrinachol. Dim ond canfyddiadau cryno fydd yn cael eu rhannu.

Good news! Pengwern Cymunedol Cyf has secured a grant from the Architectural Heritage Fund to help plan the future of Y Pengwern. The work will include building condition studies, community engagement, architectural work to explore options and develop initial ideas, and the creation of a feasibility study.

Since 2011, Y Pengwern has been under community ownership and has been an important part of life in Llan Ffestiniog. The building includes a pub, restaurant, bedrooms, meeting spaces and a garden, but some areas require restoration work and there are opportunities to make better use of the building in the future.

In order to safeguard the future of Y Pengwern and secure investment for the years ahead, it is essential that we understand the views, ideas and priorities of the community. Your feedback will help identify priorities and design options, with further opportunities for the community to comment as plans develop.
