This short update form is for current members of the People’s Panel. Please use it to tell us about any details that may have changed since you joined. Keeping your information up to date helps us stay in touch and send you opportunities that match your interests.
You only need to update information that has changed since you became a member — such as moving to a new local authority area or a change in marital status. If you’d rather, you can complete the full update form and we’ll refresh all of your membership details.

It will not be possible to personally identify you or any other person from any data you provide, unless we ask for your written permission beforehand.
