Carers Wellness and Information Event in Dereham- 18th November 2026

We are holding a Carers Wellness and Information Event on Wednesday 18th November from 10.30am-1.30pm at the Dereham Memorial Hall.

The aim of this event is to ensure Carers in Breckland have access to information and support about their own health and wellbeing. We are linking with Carers Rights Day, a national day to raise awareness of the rights unpaid Carers are entitled to, and to help them get the support they need and the recognition they deserve. 

This event will bring together local organisations and groups as well as providing Carers access to free wellness therapies to give Carers a crucial break from their caring role.
