Welcome to the 2026-7 Reward Connected Benefits and Wellbeing Survey.
Thank you for taking part in our annual benchmarking survey for the UK charity and not-for-profit sector.

- Please answer this survey with the pay, benefit and wellbeing offerings your organisation currently provides (e.g. no legacy benefits, only what you would provide to a new starter).
- Please answer for UK-based employees only.
All data submitted must be correct as of 1 October 2026.
Deadline: Friday 6 November 2026.
The results will be published in January 2027, providing the latest sector benchmarking data ready for the year ahead.
