Healthwatch Cumberland aims to engage with young people aged 11-25 for our R.I.S.E. project. This short survey wants to hear from young people with questions asking about what makes you feel confident, inspired and when you have overcame challenges.

All responses will be anonymous which means we don't need you to tell us your name and no one will know where these answers came from. All information given will be kept by Healthwatch Cumberland and remain private.
Parents/Carers/mature end of our age range, this data will be used in line with the regulations of the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not pass your details on to any third parties, and it will not be used for marketing purposes.
