Riverside now have more opportunities for customers and residents to be involved in improving and shaping services.
This is not your run of the mill engagement position, this represents a track change within the organisation and an acknowledgement that Riverside can deepen the commitment it has to you by improving the opportunities to be highly influential and actively involved within the business. Bar TRIP these groups are brand new and will see you working directly with colleagues of all levels to mark your mark and support those who, like you, call Riverside properties they live in, rent and buy, home.
Places are extremely limited so do not delay in submitting your applications!
We currently have an overarching, strategic group which is the senior influencing panel, called the Tenants and Residents Influence Partnership (TRIP) and panels focussing on Repairs and Complaints. Membership on these groups includes an annual allowance.
They are all dedicated to ensuring the voices, experiences and insights of customers are listened to and considered within services and decision-making processes. This application form covers all of the groups and panels and you can indicate which panel(s) you wish to apply for within the application. Please note that we will not accept applications from:
- non-Riverside customers (i.e. those who do not live in a Riverside home or do not receive a Riverside service)
- anyone currently engaged in legal action with Riverside
Successful applicants will be expected to commit to:
- Completing a minimum-term of two years
- Completing the relevant training
- A minimum of six meetings per year
This application should only take about 10 minutes to complete and will be sent automatically to the Customer Engagement Team. You are welcome to take as long as you wish on it.
