Help us shape outpatient services in south west London

We are particularly interested in people’s experiences of care for: skin conditions; stomach and digestive concerns and women’s health concerns. 

People use outpatient services for many different health conditions — from getting advice and tests through to seeing specialist clinicians in hospital. Across south west London, we are reviewing how outpatient care works so that people can be seen in the right place, at the right time, with the right support.

Care is already being delivered in a range of ways. Some conditions can be assessed and treated in GP practices, community clinics or with advice from specialists without needing a hospital appointment. In other situations, hospital-based care is the most appropriate option.

We would like to understand people’s experiences, expectations and views to help inform how outpatient services could improve in future.

You can take part if you have used outpatient services in the past two years, or if you may need to in future.

You can complete one or more survey(s), based on the area(s) you feel most relevant to you.

  • Skin concerns (Dermatology) - For people who have sought help for issues such as rashes, eczema, acne, psoriasis, infections, moles or other skin changes.
  • Stomach and digestive concerns (Gastroenterology)
    For people who have sought help for symptoms such as ongoing stomach pain, bloating, bowel habit changes, reflux or other digestive concerns.
  • Women’s health concerns (Gynaecology)
    For people who have sought help for concerns such as heavy or painful periods, pelvic pain, menopause symptoms or other gynaecological issues
