Please note, this survey is open to social workers in England only.

Every day, social workers support millions of people to improve their chances in life. We believe in the power of collaboration and share a common goal with those we regulate: to protect the public, enable positive change and ultimately improve people’s lives. ​

For us to be able to understand how our work is enabling positive change in social work, we are asking social workers to complete a short survey that will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.  

This is an anonymous survey so please do not disclose personal data in the free text boxes.

  • investigating concerns when raised to us about a social worker’s fitness to practise and taking action where required
