What is this survey about?

Lack of tailored support is one of the biggest challenges for younger people affected by dementia. The Young Dementia Network wants to help drive long‑term improvements in this area but to do this, we need to hear from you.

By sharing your experiences of peer support – where individuals with shared lived experiences provide mutual help, guidance, and encouragement to each other – you’ll help us understand what’s working, where the gaps are, and how we can campaign for change. Sharing your insights in our short survey will also shape our messaging, advocacy work, and future resources.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete, depending on how much you would like to say.
