• The prize is a free holiday to the maximum value of £800, redeemable at any of our Holiday Parks in Dorset or Cornwall.
• The holiday must be booked within 6 months of the date the prize is awarded.
• The holiday is valid for arrivals in 2026 or 2027 only.
• Bookings must be made directly with us and cannot be made via third-party partners, agents, or affiliates.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another booking or person.
• If the total cost of the holiday exceeds £800, the winner will be required to pay the difference at the time of booking.
• No change or credit will be given if the total holiday value is less than £800.
• In the event of cancellation, no refund of the offer value will be provided. However, our friendly Holidays Team will do their best to help you rearrange alternative dates, subject to availability.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount, or voucher.
• The free holiday applies to accommodation only unless otherwise stated. Additional costs such as travel, meals, activities, entertainment, supplements, and extras are not included and must be paid separately.
• All bookings are subject to availability and our standard booking terms and park rules apply.
