We want to speak with traders, customs agents, intermediaries and hauliers who are involved in moving goods between Great Britain (GB) and Northern Ireland (NI). This research project is being carried out by Netcompany, on behalf of HMRC.
We're interested in hearing from people who use(d) the outgoing Trader Support Service (TSS), the new TSS, as well as those who use alternative customs processes, software or internal systems for goods movements between GB and NI.
Research helps us understand current experiences, challenges and opportunities to improve future services and guidance, and allows us to get real feedback on some of our designs to shape future improvements.
This short survey helps us understand your background and experience with the TSS, so we can select the right type of person for research. Your responses will only be used to support recruitment for research purposes. Taking part in research is entirely optional.
All data collected as part of research will be stored in alignment with HMRC's privacy policy.
How long we will keep your personal data
We will only keep personal data captured here for 6 months, after this we will contact you to check if you are still willing to be contacted about upcoming research sessions.
Your right to withdraw your data
If you ever want to withdraw your consent, contact the lead researcher at sian.beavers@digital.hmrc.gov.uk. Any personal data we hold about you will then be securely destroyed.
