Todmorden & the Upper Valley health access experiences

1. Introduction

How easy is it to access health services where you live?

Healthwatch Calderdale and partners want to hear from people living in Todmorden and nearby Upper Valley communities about their experiences of accessing health services.

We want to understand:

  • Which services you use and where you go for care.
  • What makes getting care difficult, including travel, cost, appointment availability or accessibility.
  • Whether these difficulties mean you delay or miss out on care.
  • Which services you would most like closer to home.

You can complete this survey about your own experiences, or on behalf of someone you care for or support. If you are answering for someone else, please answer about their experiences and needs

Your feedback will help us recommend practical changes to improve access. We want to hear what works well too.

Closing date: 4th December 2026
Time to complete: Around 10 minutes

The survey is anonymous. Please do not include names or other details that could identify you or someone else. To find out how we use and store information, please see our privacy statement

If you have any questions, need support to complete the survey, or would prefer to share your experiences in a different way, please contact us:
