Are your volunteer roles helping you attract the volunteers you need?
Volunteer expectations are changing. Many of us know that people are looking for opportunities that are shorter, more flexible, clearer, or easier to fit around work, study, caring responsibilities or health needs.
We are asking local volunteer-involving organisations to complete this short 5-minute pulse check. Most questions are tick box only. Your responses will help us to:
- understand current volunteer role design practice across Bucks
- what support would be most useful and inform future workshops, guidance, templates and resources
- share learning with the local VCSE sector around effective volunteer role design.
There will also be opportunities to take part in future conversations to explore these issues further and help shape practical support for local organisations.
Your responses will be used for learning and planning purposes, to support our 5-year project to develop volunteering in Bucks. You can read about this project, supported by the National Lottery Community Fund on the Volunteer Bucks website.
We may share anonymised findings with the local VCSE sector, but we will not name your organisation in published findings without your permission.
