For the past 17 years I have studied customer behavior in Las Vegas, and for the past 11 worked in casino and hospitality development in Las Vegas. I have used this survey platform for 17 years and although I am in the USA, the software is a UK company.
All the findings will be made publicly available and this is a not-for-profit research paper.
