Your child’s safety is most important to us. We recognise that some children when they reach year 5 and 6 may feel more confident and ready to travel home on their own with your permission.
As part of our continual assessment of our safeguarding procedures, we would like to ensure that we have an up to date register of all children who have permission to walk home alone. If you give permission for your child to walk home alone, please complete the details below. This form MUST be completed before children can walk home alone.
