Many people in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly live with a health condition or disability, some visible, some hidden. Many do not see themselves as ‘disabled,’ but their health still affects daily life. We want to hear from everyone.
We need your views so we can:
- understand real challenges
- speak up for our communities
- shape our work
- push for better services
Who can take part
Anyone with:
- Physical or mobility issues
- Sight loss, Deafness, or hearing loss
- Long-term conditions (pain, fatigue, diabetes, asthma, COPD, heart disease, ME/CFS, Crohn’s, kidney disease, etc.)
- Learning disabilities
- Neurological conditions (Parkinson’s, MS, epilepsy, MND, brain injury, cerebral palsy)
- Neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette’s)
- Mental health conditions (anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, schizophrenia)
- Hidden conditions (HIV, AIDS, cancer, Crohn’s)
