How easy is it to get the help you need from your GP surgery?

Many people tell us about their experiences contacting their GP practice, whether that's making an appointment, requesting a prescription, following up a referral, or getting the right support at the right time.

We're gathering views from people across Cumbria to better understand what's working well and where things could be improved. We will bring all the responses together in a report, which we will publish, and take to GP service providers and commissioners to support improvements for local patients.
Please complete this survey and help us make local services better for everyone.

This survey will run until 31st March 2027. We will look at the data received regularly to share with service providers, before producing an overall report.

All responses will be anonymous. To protect your anonymity, your individual views will be combined with those of other respondents and analysed at a combined level. Healthwatch Cumbria will hold all information given, remain secure and confidential, and will be used in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not pass your details on to any third parties. Details will not be used for marketing purposes unless you authorise us to do so. For information on our privacy policy, please click this link.
