Proposed Special Educational Needs (SEN) Youth Club – Community Feedback Survey

We are exploring the possibility of setting up an SEN youth club in Keswick for local children and young people with special educational needs on a Thursday in term-time, 5:00pm – 6:30pm. We want to understand the level of interest and find out what would help make the club welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable for the young people attending.

You do not need to share a formal diagnosis or any personal medical information to complete this survey. We would really appreciate your feedback to help us shape the club around the needs of local young people.
