We want to know what you think about the NHS Pharmacy First service. This survey is for people in the Hampshire County Council area - if you are in Southampton, Portsmouth, or Isle of Wight contact us for the relevant survey.
Building on what Healthwatch Hampshire and the NHS have already heard from patients about their experiences of Pharmacy First, we want to understand what matters most to you when accessing a range of primary care services through your local pharmacy.
Pharmacy First currently allows people to receive advice and treatment for seven common conditions directly from a community pharmacist without needing to see a GP first, and from October this is expected to expand to cover around 12 minor conditions.
You can tell us if you have used the service, what your experience was like, or why you chose not to use it. Your feedback will help Healthwatch Hampshire understand what is working well, what could be improved, and how local services can better meet people's needs.
This survey only takes a few minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept confidential, and we will use the information you share to identify themes from people's experiences, help improve local services, and inform our reporting.
