Knowing Works is gathering feedback from parents, carers and guardians to help shape Best Start Family Hubs in Suffolk.
Best Start Family Hubs will replace existing Family Hubs in Suffolk. People will use them to access services like midwifery, health visiting, infant feeding support and perinatal mental health support. They will also help parents and carers support children's learning and development at home, while providing information, advice and guidance for families of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
We want to understand your experiences of existing Family Hubs and the support available to parents and families in Suffolk. Whether you have used Family Hubs or not, your views are important.
Your feedback will help us understand what is working well, identify where improvements can be made, and inform the future development of Best Start Family Hubs.
Your responses will be anonymous. The survey does not ask for your name or contact details.
If you provide personal information (e.g. names, dates of conversations) in your responses, Knowing Works will remove this potentially identifiable information from the data.
Feedback may be shared with decision makers in Suffolk County Council and it's partners. Please do not complete the survey if you are not happy for people to view your anonymous comments in a public report.
