Clive Parish Council has commissioned this Housing Needs Survey.
The aim is to identify and understand housing need from those with a local connection, as well as collecting how residents feel about homes that are developed specifically to fulfil local need.
Survey live: 28 September - 25 October 2026
This survey has two parts:
Part One – To be completed by all households with a local connection.
Part Two – To be completed only by households requiring alternative accommodation in the parish within the next five years.
For those with no housing need the survey may take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
For those with housing need, we delve a little deeper to ensure your needs can be considered in future planning, the survey may then take up to 20 minutes to complete.
If someone in your household requires a different home to yourself, ask them to complete their own survey. This should be the only instance of multiple surveys per household.
