This booking portal is strictly for Members of the UK Parliament (MPs) and their registered parliamentary office staff. Constituents and third parties are strictly prohibited from attending or joining these virtual calls. Attendance is restricted solely to UK MPs and their direct office staff.
The Cabinet Office Pensions Recovery Taskforce manages these dedicated 45-minute virtual surgery sessions to allow UK parliamentary offices to discuss constituent cases directly with a Capita caseworker. All scheduling, administration, and session coordination are handled independently by the Taskforce.
Sessions run every weekday, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. Offices must provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice when submitting a request to allow Capita adequate preparation time for specific cases. In the event of a scheduling conflict, a member of the Taskforce will contact your office directly to arrange an alternative time slot. This booking link will remain continuously active, and your office is welcome to reuse it for future session requests whenever needed.
We ask that all communications before and during these surgery sessions remain courteous and respectful towards Capita caseworkers at all times.
Important: If you are booking a follow-up or repeat clinic appointment and have any new constituent cases you would like to discuss, please submit these through the MP Complaints process and copy MPClinicAdminSupport@capita.com. If any new cases arise after submitting this booking request but before your scheduled meeting, please send them to MP Complaints and copy MPClinicAdminSupport@capita.com to ensure they can be reviewed and prepared in advance.
