This questionnaire is to be used for responding to the public consultation on proposals set out in the government’s White Paper, titled ‘Critical Undersea Infrastructure Security and Resilience: Proposals for modernising the UK’s legislation’, which is published on the GOV.UK website. The questionnaire refers to specific chapters within that White Paper.
The consultation will run for 12 weeks, closing at 23:59 on Thursday 14 January 2027. We welcome views from anyone with an interest in the proposals, including individuals, industry, academia and civil society organisations.
