Please fill out the details below to make your nomination for 2026's Charnwood Community Heroes.
Nominations are open until Friday, 31 July 2026, at 5pm.
Before nominating your hero, please contact them and ask their consent for the nomination and the use of the images you will be sharing with us as part of the nomination. To complete a nomination form, you will need to provide the name and contact details of your hero so that we can contact them.
Please also inform the nominee that they will receive an email from us to confirm their nomination. You will also be copied into the email confirmation.
