NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) is working with University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust (UHMBT), and North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) to review the Urgent Treatment Centre at Westmorland General Hospital (known as Kendal UTC). The ICB has partnered with Healthwatch on this engagement to capture people’s experience of and knowledge about the UTC.
