Thank you for agreeing to give feedback on our new Learning Pathway modules. The aim of this survey is to gather feedback which will contribute to the development of future Learning Pathways by ensuring we meet the needs of practitioners.

This survey is anonymous. Your responses may be used in reports linked to this evaluation, but they will not be identifiable and will be analysed as part of a whole data set to maintain confidentiality. 

To take part we would ask you to spend some time looking at the Learning Pathway modules. You do not have to complete the modules, but it will help to be familiar with them. The questions below should take between 5-10 minutes. 

You are free to withdraw at any point by closing the survey. If you would like to withdraw your response after you have completed the survey or have any questions please email ask@researchinpractice.org.uk
