Are you a parent, carer, or guardian of a young person with SEND or additional support needs living in Suffolk? If so, we want to hear from you!
Knowing Works CIC has been funded by Suffolk County Council for this survey to find out more about the support for parent carers and young people with SEND in Suffolk. The results will be analysed independently by Knowing Works CIC, and every response we receive helps support the development of SEND services for young people with SEND in Suffolk.
Taking part in the survey is entirely voluntary, and you do not have to answer any questions that you do not want to. It is likely to take at least 10 minutes to complete, so make sure you have a little bit of time available when you start.
We will not ask for your name or contact details, but if you include personal information (such as names) in your responses, it may be possible to identify you. Our team will remove personal information like this before our data is analysed.
Knowing Works CIC will provide the results of the survey in a public report which will be shared with Suffolk County Council, the NHS and other partners supporting young people with SEND in Suffolk. This may include anonymous quotes from your feedback.
