1. Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Survey

This is a survey to help me see how I can best make the next move to improve attitude and awareness of mental health/learning disability issues. Being a sufferer myself I find it interesting to see how others feel about it and the attitudes to the stigma-laden publicity whirling around the media.
