This aim of this survey investigate how perceived Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities influence customer loyalty in the UK supermarket industry. The goal of CSR is to take responsibility for all the company’s actions and to have a positive impact on its environment, communities, consumers, employees and all other stakeholders. The research will enable me to gain a clearer idea about this link and whether or not it actually exists. You will be asked to complete an online survey consisting of 15 questions mostly in relation your perception regarding supermarkets socially responsible activities and whether this has an effect on your level of loyalty towards them.
