Nursery Survey

Thank you for taking part in this nursery survey. It is intended for parents of children already attending nursery or have attended recently. The survey should take no longer than ten minutes and all answers are anonymous. The aim of the survey is to gain a better understanding of the motivations of parents and guardians when choosing a nursery for their children.
