4. We are planning the future 10 - 1 5 years through to 15 - 30 years. Lewes District Council requires us to build 255 homes in the neighbourhood plan area. Vision 1 is re-defining the Meridian Centre and the South Coast Road business area and Vision 2 is creating a new town centre serving Peacehaven, Telscombe & East Saltdean, providing new housing, new business space and new leisure facilities.

11. Heritage is very important, from the Saxon church in Telscombe Village through to the Meridian Monument there are historical assets that the Neighbourhood Plan should seek to conserve as part of the areas identity.
