These sessions have a focus on relational practice, encourages community shrine practice and prayer requests.

11. DEEP REFUGE SITTING & AFFINITY GROUPS 

Southsea Sangha are proud to be actively engaged in social action, with the intention of always doing more.
In the new year we would like to create more groups, both general sitting groups and deep refuge groups for specific demographics within our community.

12. As of 2018, based on the outcomes of our last community survey, Southsea Sangha has en-devoured to run a maximum of 5 dharma teacher events spread over the year.

These events are a combination of both "evenings" & "Daylong retreats".

We endeavour to keep our website up to date to support you in your practice.

In 2020 we will be giving our website a bit of a spruce up...with particular focus on updating our MP3 Dharma Library (which has 2yrs of recordings ready to be uploaded).
