This survey was designed by Kay Fountain MRCVS in collaboration with the Royal Veterinary College (RVC), London and has been approved by the RVC Ethics and Welfare Committee (2015 1332). The results of the survey will provide valuable data about the type and incidence of skin disease in captive bats. Responses to this survey are anonymous and will be used for research purposes only (Data Protection Act 1998). Should you provide any contact details these will be held in a secure database in order to contact you regarding our research and will not be used for marketing or passed to any third parties.
