Together We Can - partner survey 2024

On 6 November 2023 the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership (WY HCP) launched its ‘Together We Can’ winter campaign for 2023/24.

This is the third regional wide winter campaign ran by WY HCP that helps people access health and care services at the right time and place. It also encourages people to choose well and to opt for convenient self-care, where safe to do so during the winter months.

We are very pleased that the campaign has been shared so widely across West Yorkshire and has been made visible to so many.

To help WY HCP prepare a final evaluation report (for April 2024) we are seeking feedback on this year’s campaign from all partners across all sectors. The learning and feedback will be used to inform next year’s winter campaign.
