General practices in Goole, Howden, Gilberdyke and Snaith are working together and have become a Primary Care Network. We are enhancing access to our services by providing more appointments outside of our normal working hours. This will start on 1st October 2022.
We want this service to meet your needs so are asking your opinion on, when you would like these additional appointments, and what you would like them for i.e., help managing existing conditions, or new presentations.
