Driving workforce transformation forward into 2024/25

 

 

You and your colleagues in the Humber and North Yorkshire health and care system are amazing.  

Together you are driving transformative change and unblocking long-standing workforce challenges.  If you have contributed to our Breakthrough 2023/24 programme as a member of one of our task and finish groups, at an event or through a survey – thank you.  Change can only happen with your support.  If you’ve not joined us yet, the time is now – read on for more details.

At our Workforce Summit on 12th March, nominated leaders from each part of our system will meet to build and launch our 2024/25 workforce transformation programme.  To prepare for that critical conversation, we want to hear from you about the workforce actions you think the HNY partnership should focus on next year.
